Who This Service Is For

This support is ideal for NDIS participants who:

✓ Want to be more active and connected in their community
✓ Experience social isolation or have difficulty making friends
✓ Need support to access community spaces, events, or activities
✓ Want to try new activities or develop new interests
✓ Have Core Supports or Capacity Building funding under “Assistance with Social and Community Participation”
✓ Need encouragement, companionship, or practical assistance to participate

How It Works

Step 1: Interest Exploration
We start by learning about you—your interests, hobbies, goals, comfort level, and what brings you happiness and engagement.

Step 2: Activity Planning
Together, we identify community activities, groups, events, or programs that align with your interests. We research options, check accessibility, and plan logistics.

Step 3: Supported Participation
Your support worker accompanies you to activities, providing encouragement, practical assistance, social support, and safety oversight as needed.

Step 4: Skill Building & Independence
Over time, we work with you to build confidence, social skills, and independence—gradually reducing support if that’s your goal.
